Nick Stahl will join the cast of Let the Right One In as a series regular, starring alongside Demián Bichir, Anika Noni Rose, Grace Gummer and Madison Taylor Baez.
Nick Stahl has come a long way from his child acting roots and has recently been seen in The Walking Dead spin-off Fear the Walking Dead. The actor will play Matthew, an ex-soldier and helper to Bachir and Baez's father/daughter duo.
Last year it was announced that Showtime would get behind a television adaptation of John Ajvide Lindqvist's vampire tale, Let the Right One In. Since that announcement back in September of 2021, the series has begun production with showrunner Andrew Hinderaker and director of the pilot episode, Seith Mann, at the helm. Inspired by the 2004 novel, the Showtime series will tell the story of a father and daughter, the having become a vampire ten years earlier.
Let the Right One In will enjoy a ten episode run on Showtime, and could see a premiere as early as this year.
