'Morbius' Has Once Again Been Pushed Back in Date

Sony has made the decision to once again push back the release date of their Marvel vampire superhero flick, Morbius. The film has suffered from numerous push backs already and can now say good bye to its current January release date.

Originally scheduled for a July 2020 theatrical release, Morbius is once again pushed back. Delayed once again from its January 28 release date, the film centered around Dr. Michael Morbius, will be pushed back a couple months into the spring of 2022.

Due to fears of the emerging omicron variant of COVID-19, or maybe they don't want to tread on Spider-Man's success but Sony has made the decision to delay the film.

Morbius is directed by Daniel Espinosa, written by Matt Sazama and Burk Sharpless. The film will star Jared Leto, Adria Arjona, Matt Smith, Tyrese Gibson and Jared Harris, set to release in a few more months on April 1.
