A serial killer with a heart, Dexter Morgan said goodbye to Miami in the worst way back in 2013, but it was not enough to kill the following and fandom that the show had created. Years after its series finale, Dexter would still come up in conversations and frequently pop up on ‘must watch’ lists. It was surely only a matter of time before Dexter Morgan would make a return, in one way or another.
Eight years later, fans of America’s most charming serial killer will only have to wait a few months more, when come autumn, Dexter returns, having shaken off the wood chips and lumberjack clothes, to kill once again on Showtime.
