BUZZ: Tommy Doyle Rumored to Return in 'Halloween Kills'

He who saw the boogeyman may be coming back!

Collider's new podcast host Jeff Sneider just hours ago had Variety's Justin Kroll on for the very first podcast of The Sneider Cut. Much was talked about but 14 minutes in the conversation turns to the new Halloween films. Rumor is that Tommy Doyle is making his return to David Gordon Green's and Danny McBride's next film Halloween Kills.

In the Halloween universe we saw the character of Tommy played by Brian Andrews in the John Carpenter direct original and then Paul Rudd played an older Tommy Doyle in the sixth Halloween film, the last one to feature Donald Pleasance. Rumor has it that Rudd was approached to reprise the role but had to decline due to scheduling with his current film, Ghostbusters.

Will Brian Andrews be coming back? If not who will play Tommy Doyle? So many questions about the new films and no answers as of yet. When I hear them, you'll read them here first. Stay tuned.
