EVENT: Horror Realm Takes Over Pittsburgh This Weekend

Horror Realm comes to the Crown Plaza this weekend in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and they're bringing the scares with them.

The convention will begin Friday evening with panels, vendors and movies, all taking place at the Crown Plaza.

Beginning at 7:30pm a panel featuring Tony Moran (Halloween, Halloween II) will kick things off, followed by a panel with Kelli Maroney (Night of the Comet, Chopping Mall). A screening of films Redsin Tower and Tales of Poe, along with a party hosted by Brutal Business Entertainment, will end the day.

Saturday, beginning at 11:00am, those at Horror Realm can attend a panel with Tiffany Shepis (The Violent Kind, Tales of Halloween). Other panels featuring Patricia Tallman (Tales From the Darkside, Army of Darkness) and Caroline Williams (The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2, Tales of Halloween) will take place as the weekend of horror continues.

Those with horror movies on the brain can check out the many film screenings that will occur in the afternoon and into the evening. Razor Days and other films such as The Autumn People, Saint Nick, Hallowed be thy Name, No Knock List, Sandman, and Straight Edge Kegger, are scheduled to keep horror fans entertained.

A panel featuring Judie Aronson (Friday the 13th: The Final Chapter) will take place and afterwards a presentation of 16mm films called Creepy Crawlies will be presented by Flea Market Films. A costume after party featuring DJ Greg will end out the day.

The last day of the convention will conclude with a final panel featuring Patricia Tallman and Tom Savini (From Dusk Till Dawn, Planet Terror). Two films, The Final Interview and an encore of Razor Days, along with a zombie opera performance, will close out the Horror Realm convention for the year 2020.
