TELEVISION: Another Trailer For HBO’s ‘The Outsider’ Emerges

Set to release early next year, HBO’s The Outsider looks to be a suspenseful, small town story with enough horror to help you recover from the holiday hangover, should you still have one.

Based on the bestselling novel by Stephen King, the ten episode series has been adapted by Richard Price and will star Ben Mendelsohn, Jason Bateman and Mare Winningham, in the story of small town teacher and Little League coach, Terry Maitland, who has been accused of a horrible murder.

The first two episodes of The Outsider are set to release on January 12th, 2020 on HBO’s cable and streaming services.
